Announcements
You may order your announcements on-line by clicking "I AM READY TO ORDER."
Your degree, major, and time of ceremony are printed on the announcement. If you do not know your degree or title of your major, go to the "Student Advisement Folder" in the My Information System and look under the heading of Educational Objectives. If you are unsure of your college, check the list of colleges and departments.

Caps, Gowns, Tassels, Hoods
All graduates are required to wear authorized caps, gowns, and tassels. These souvenir-type packages are available for purchase from the Bookstore. Masters and Specialists will be given their hoods on the day of commencement and are provided by the University at no cost.
To order click on "I AM READY TO ORDER" and we will have your cap/gown available at the Missouri State Bookstore or mailed to your home address.

- Shipping charge on announcements is $10.95. Rush shipping is also avaiable.
- Please allow 10 -15 business days for Announcement production and delivery time.
- All orders must be paid in full when order is placed.
- Ship announcements to your home address or to the bookstore.
- Cap & Gown ordered at bookstore on July 1, 2010, can be picked up at the Missouri State Bookstore -- watch for email.
- Order your cap and gown online - you may pick it up at the bookstore the week of graduation or have it shipped to your home address.
- Shipping charge on cap and gown to your address is $15.95 per order (optional).
If you miss the deadline, pick up cap & gown the week of graduation at the Bookstore. Late orders may be subject to late fees.
- Sales tax of 6.85% will be added to all orders.
- Pay by credit card, check, cash, or ZipCard at the Missouri State Bookstore.
- Deadline to order online is July 1, 2010.
